Pastor
Daniel Sampson, Sr.
Daniel Sampson, Sr. is a young minister that is not new to kingdom work. An original native of Brooklyn, NY, he was brought up in McClinton Baptist Church, which he was under the covenant of Pastor and Founder Rev. Dr. Maggie McClinton, from birth until his teenage years. Daniel accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized and received the Holy Ghost, at age six. While under McClinton's ministry he began his walk as a Jr. Deacon at the age of 11 and later became a youth Sunday school teacher by age 13. He was faithful to this ministry, but God's plan sent him to a new destination following high school. After graduation he relocated to Harford County Maryland.
While in Maryland, Daniel did not forsake his commitment to Christ and continued his work in ministry under Evangelistic Deliverance Ministries Inc. of Havre de Grace, MD. Daniel walked onto the deacon board and served as head of it, for 2 years. In 2007, he became a licensed minister and has been preaching the Gospel ever since. Under the direction of the late Overseer/Founder Patricia A. Pringle, Daniel dealt with multiple aspects of the ministry. He sang in the choir and praise team, served as a sound engineer for the church, and was a head coordinator of the children's ministry (Kingdom Kids) for several years. He would later be appointed as an adjutant to Pastor Pringle's predecessor, Bishop Kenneth Johnson, Sr.
Now a resident of Fargo, ND, Daniel has joined the New Birth Baptist ministry and has his hand to the plow for any kingdom work God has in store for him here. Fortunately, he is blessed to work side-by-side in the field with his wife (Rev. Ebony Sampson) and 3 young children (Daniel Jr., Elana, and Desmond). He was installed as the pastor of New Birth Baptist Church on July 26, 2015 and he is excited about reaching more of God's people. Rev. D. Sampson he is eager to manifest the prophecy that was spoken on his life many years ago. He's a preacher, a teacher, an intercessor, and counselor, but always a servant of the Lord, first.
